You will receive a high-resolution digital file (JPG) instantly after payment. No physical item will be shipped.

2. Can I print the artwork myself?

Yes! All files are designed to be printed at home, at a local print shop, or via an online printing service.

3. What sizes are included?

Each file is provided in a high-resolution format suitable for large-scale printing. Details are provided on each product page.

4. Can I use the artwork in client projects?

Yes. Our license permits professional use, including interior design, client mockups, and studio displays. You may not resell or share the files.

5. Do you accept returns or refunds?

Due to the digital nature of our products, all sales are final. If you encounter an issue, please contact us—we’re happy to help.

6. How do I download my files?

After completing your purchase, you'll receive a download link via email. You can also access your files through your account, if enabled.

7. Can I use the artwork for social media or mockups?

Yes, you may display the artwork in non-commercial digital mockups, portfolios, and social media posts (credit appreciated but not required).

8. Do you offer custom sizes or color edits?

We currently offer only the formats listed on each product page. Custom requests may be considered—please contact us directly.

9. What kind of paper should I print on?

We recommend textured, matte or archival fine art paper between 180–300gsm for best results. Print at a local shop or professional studio for a gallery-quality look.

10. Do you offer artwork for Frame TV?

Yes! We offer high-resolution digital art files optimized for Frame TVs. You can find them in our dedicated Frame TV collection in the store.
