Prints Italia – Standard License Agreement

This Standard License governs the use of all digital art files purchased from Prints Italia. By purchasing or downloading any digital file from our shop, you agree to the terms outlined below.

1. Scope of License

This license grants one individual or business a non-exclusive, non-transferable, and non-sublicensable right to use the purchased digital artwork files in accordance with the permitted uses below.

It applies equally to private clients (for personal/home use) and professionals (e.g. interior designers, stylists, architects).

2. Permitted Uses

Printing for personal use (home, office, or as a gift)
Printing for professional use (client interiors, offices, studio spaces)
Displaying artwork in digital mockups for:
- Interior design portfolios
- Client presentation decks
- Social media showcasing design work (credit appreciated)
Resizing or cropping for framing or layout, provided the artwork’s integrity is preserved

3. Prohibited Uses

Reselling, sharing, or redistributing the digital file (original or modified)
Selling physical prints or merchandise made from the artwork
Uploading the file to stock sites, public platforms, or AI generators
Claiming the artwork as your own or using it in branding or trademarks

4. Ownership & Rights

All artworks remain the intellectual property of Prints Italia. This license does not transfer copyright or ownership. You are purchasing a limited-use license to access and display the artwork under these terms.
