3. Payment

All payments are securely processed via Shopify’s payment system. Prices are listed in your local currency and include any applicable taxes.

4. Refund Policy

Due to the digital nature of our products, all sales are final. We do not offer refunds, exchanges, or cancellations once the file has been downloaded. If you encounter an issue with your download or file, please contact us and we will assist promptly.

6. Account & Downloads

Download links are available after payment and sent via email. Please download and back up your files promptly. If you lose access, contact us with your order number and we will assist.

Prints Italia shall not be held liable for any damages arising from the use or inability to use our digital products, including printing errors, sizing issues, or third-party printing quality.
